When creating and account with HumorList.net we only collect a username, password, email address, and avatar.

Users are not permitted to use copyrighted images as avatars. Humorlist reserves the right to remove any copyrighted avatar.
All usernames and all avatars for User Accounts is public information and can be accessed by anyone
All passwords and email addresses are kept private
Email address collection is necessary for account activation and to contact users if Humorlist
Email addressed are collected only for the purpose of HumorList.net
Humorlist does not sell or pass on any account information including email addresses to third parties.

All user generated content is licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 Unported License.
